WHO WE ARE 

Snakepit Studios is made up of a team of family, friends and professional acquaintances that love and appreciate all things superhero. We strive to embrace the beauty and creative passion that is poured into the amazing costumes superheros are known for in comic books, movies, video games and TV shows. Our suits are inspired and modeled after these costumes, and serve to make those of any age feel powerful as they honor their favorite superheros through cosplay. 

 

OUR BEGINNING

In 2009, Chief Designer Keith Charles started Snakepit Studios out of his tiny apartment in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Why Snakepit Studios? Long story, but basically the apartment had somehow been dubbed "The Snakepit". Hence - Snakepit Studios.

 

Professionally an engineer, Keith had always loved all things geek and nerd related, with a special place in his heart for the Marvel Universe. What started as a fun goal to make the most ridiculous Halloween costumes possible quickly transformed into year-long endeavors as friends and friends-of-friends began making requests. Over the years, skills of the Snakepit progressed, and we have excelled at mastering sub dye and 3D modeling. 

 

SNAKEPIT STUDIOS COSPLAY 
Snakepit Studios prides itself on excellence, attention to detail, and that "WOW" factor. Our suits are recognizable because they're different and impeccably designed. Our fabric is comfortable, breathable, and doesn't make you want to kill yourself by the end of long day at Comic Con. We are constantly trying to find different, better and innovative approaches to cosplay, while also embracing the beauty and awesomeness of the latest and greatest superhero suits.
